Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Digital Trust Intelligence Platform (“DTP”). By using DTP after the effective date, you agree to these Terms.

Service

DTP provides evidence-based Trust assessments, Confidence, Contextual Risk, monitoring, evidence transparency, and decision-support information. DTP outputs are not guarantees, certifications, legal opinions, credit ratings, insurance determinations, investment advice, or endorsements.

Trust, Confidence, Contextual Risk, and identity verification are separate outputs. Missing or UNKNOWN evidence is uncertainty, not negative evidence. Payment or commercial relationship does not influence Trust.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. If acting for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. Account and workspace features are available only when separately activated.

User content and evidence

You retain rights in content you lawfully submit and grant ISTRIADE a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and analyze it only as needed to provide, secure, audit, and improve DTP and operate correction, dispute, and evidence-lineage functions.

You must not submit data you lack authority to process. Do not submit highly sensitive or special-category data unless DTP explicitly supports the purpose and applicable law permits it.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, harassment, defamation, discrimination, or abuse.
• No bypassing security, tenant isolation, authorization, rate limits, or publication controls.
• No malware, credential misuse, or unauthorized access.
• Do not use a DTP score as the sole basis for a prohibited high-impact decision about an individual.
• Do not represent DTP output as a certification or guarantee.

Methodology and public profiles

DTP may update methodologies prospectively. Historical assessments retain their methodology version. DTP may correct errors, withdraw unsupported evidence, restrict disputed material, or publish superseding snapshots. Publishing a Trust score does not authorize publication of private evidence or unsupported allegations.

No warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DTP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. ISTRIADE DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT DTP OUTPUTS WILL BE COMPLETE, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR DECISION. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISTRIADE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA. AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID TO ISTRIADE FOR DTP DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Wyoming law, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Subject to non-waivable rights, disputes will be brought in courts with jurisdiction in Wyoming. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration.

Changes and commercial terms

Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and additional notice where required. Commercial checkout and real-money functionality are currently disabled; future paid services may have additional commercial terms before activation.
